Welcome to DoseEdge, a mobile application operated by BILLABYTE PTY LTD ("Billabyte," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoseEdge app and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use DoseEdge. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access certain features (such as tracking your supplements or using premium features), you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
DoseEdge offers both a free tier and a premium subscription that provides additional features. If you choose to subscribe to our premium Service ("DoseEdge Premium"), you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Pricing and features for the free and premium tiers are described within the app or app store listing.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually) and will auto-renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Premium subscriptions are managed through the app store provider (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). This means billing, free trials (if any), and cancellation are handled according to the platform's policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple or Google account settings. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you've paid for, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period except as required by law.
If we offer a free trial for premium features, any such trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You are responsible for tracking the trial period if you do not wish to continue with a paid plan.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Billabyte grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the DoseEdge app on your personal device. This license is for your own non-commercial use of the Service. You may not distribute, sell, or make any commercial use of the app or any content provided through the Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
All software, code, algorithms, content, and materials comprising the Service (excluding User Content, defined below) are the property of Billabyte or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app or any part of the Service, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
DoseEdge allows you to input and upload content such as photographs of dietary supplement products, personal supplement intake data, and queries you submit to the AI chat assistant ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the User Content that you create or provide. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Billabyte a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, to analyze a photo to identify a supplement, to store your supplement log, or to process your questions through the AI assistant). This license is limited to providing the Service to you and other users and improving our services; we do not claim ownership of your personal content.
You are solely responsible for any User Content you provide and your use of the Service. You agree that you will not upload or transmit any content that:
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable at our discretion.
You agree to use DoseEdge only for its intended purpose of identifying and tracking dietary supplements and obtaining general supplement-related information. You must not misuse the Service or use it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks. You agree not to:
DoseEdge includes features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI") that can identify dietary supplements from photos and provide information or answers about supplements through a chat assistant. All information provided by these AI features is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Billabyte (via DoseEdge) is not a healthcare provider, and the Service does not provide medical or health advice.
Important: You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the app or an answer you receive from the AI. The information in DoseEdge should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. For questions about your health, diet, or supplement regimen, always consult a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before making decisions. Using DoseEdge does not create any doctor-patient relationship between you and Billabyte or any of its AI services.
DoseEdge's supplement identification and advice features are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may occasionally misidentify a product or provide incorrect or outdated information. You use the AI-generated outputs at your own risk, and you should independently verify critical information with reliable sources or professionals.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billabyte disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties that the Service or content will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee that any nutritional or supplement information provided is complete, correct, or up-to-date.
While we endeavor to keep the app available and secure, we do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, or be available without interruption or error. No advice or information (whether oral or written) obtained from DoseEdge or Billabyte shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Billabyte, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to health alleged to be caused by reliance on information provided by the Service.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the liability of Billabyte will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In any case, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount (if any) that you have paid to us for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law (for example, certain consumer protection laws may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Billabyte, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any laws or regulations or third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload or provide through the Service.
We reserve the right to handle our legal defense however we see fit, including instances when you are indemnifying us, in which case you agree to cooperate with us so we can execute our strategy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Service are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using DoseEdge, you agree that Billabyte can use such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
If you do not agree with how we collect or use your information as described in the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
You may stop using the DoseEdge app at any time. You can also delete your account through the app (if that functionality is provided) or by contacting us to request account deletion. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or certain features of the Service) at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe: (a) you have violated these Terms or any applicable law; (b) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; or (c) our provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account.
Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end. You understand that any termination of your account may involve deletion of your User Content from our live databases. Billabyte will not be liable to you for any compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with your use of the Service, or any termination or suspension of the Service, or deletion of your information in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law in your region requires otherwise.
We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access DoseEdge from outside of Australia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where access to or use of the Service, or any part of it, is illegal or prohibited.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms in the app and/or through other communications. It is important that you review any amended Terms. By continuing to use the Service after any revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel any subscriptions. The date these Terms were last updated will be indicated at the top of the document.
These Terms (along with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Billabyte regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
